How do I place an order?

Select the goods you want to buy from our webshop. If necessary, select the motif or size and click “ADD TO CART”. You can continue shopping or when you're finished shopping, confirm our terms and conditions with one click and then click "CHECK OUT". Follow the steps given. Once your order is completed and payment information is received, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date and provide tracking number information.



What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an approximate shipping date.



Do I have to pay for shipping?

Our shipping is free



Do you ship abroad?

Marslook ships to Europe. If the country to which you would like to be delivered is not listed, let us know and we will try to activate your country



How can I check my order?

You can check the status of the order by simply sending a request to info@marslook.de. We will respond to you promptly with complete information about the status of your shipment. Additionally, you can search for tracking information for your order on the Order Tracking page.



How can I cancel an order?

Orders for items that have not been shipped can be canceled by sending a notice to info@marslook.de. If the item has already been sent by post, our return policy must be followed.



What happens if I need to return an item?

We want you to be happy with your order. If you have received an item that does not meet expectations or is the wrong size, contact info@marslook.de. Please read our return policy.
